Ganesha is the Lord of Beginnings, remover of obstacles, bringer of good luck. A good deity to invoke at the start of a new project.
Ganesha is one of my favourite deities, his elephant ears sifting truth from untruth, his belly containing the universe, his twisted trunk reminding us that the path ahead hardly ever is straight or straight-forward...
