Moon Foxes

Limited edition linocut, edition of 9 numbered prints

Three foxes gathered by the sea, a full moon in the background, reflected in the lapping waves, stars sparkling behind them. A serpentine shape curves across the sky, it might be a (big!) fox’s brush, or it could be the Milky Way.

The three foxes are in communion with each other and with the world around them.

I originally created this image for the Full Moon Eclipse in May 2023. (There is a version of this print where the full moon is orange, in the Earth’s shadow)

Please note that your print may vary slightly from the picture on your screen.

The Moon Foxes are printed in two stages, an initial orange layer with the final layer printed in black. Some prints have more of the orange sparkling through in the sky and sea, others show less orange in sky or sea.
 Please be assured that I only enter prints that I believe to be beautiful into the limited edition.

Each print is hand-pulled and unique.
